Uploading to YouTube
How to upload audio track to YouTube video.
FYI: YouTube treats an added track on any video as a new upload. No matter when posted.
Go to the subtitle settings on a video:
Set your default language if you haven't.
See if you have the audio column available.
Add languages.
Under each column:
Upload Dubbed Tracks
Add Title & Description
